Fruits and vegetables will further extend your life. You will not die if you eat vegetables thus, it makes us stronger and healthier. It maintains your health because they contain minerals and vitamins and other nutrients. It also protects you from any diseases. Healthy diet is one of the answer to prevent these problem. Eat more vegetables and fruits than those meals that give you cholesterol and bad fats. Independence day is an annual national holiday here in the Philippines. Philippines celebrated Independence Day every 12th of June. Since then, Independence Day is celebrated every July 4,for the sake of nationalism and as well as the historical reference. It was the release of the country, which Filipinos eventually met when they rebelled against the conquerors for a long time under the influence and leadership of foreigners.
